2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free UK delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo and we will issue a full refund or replacement. You do not need to return a faulty item.
  • For change-of-mind refunds, please contact us within 30 days. In most cases we will issue a refund without requiring you to post the item back.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display our product accurately. Colours and textures may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. The Stone Bath Mat is made from natural diatomaceous earth; minor variations in colour and finish are normal.
